Caitlin Dewey is the founder and publisher of the long-running digital culture newsletter "Links I Would Gchat You If We Were Friends," which mails twice weekly to 30,000 subscribers around the world. She previously worked as a reporter at The Washington Post and The Buffalo News, her hometown paper. As a freelance journalist, Caitlin has contributed to The New York Times, The Atlantic, Vanity Fair, The Guardian, The Cut, Elle, Slate and Cosmopolitan, among other publications. She has also taught magazine journalism at Syracuse University and mentored early-career reporters as an advisor to the Poynter-Koch Media and Journalism Fellowship program.
